A 2 acre Cotswold Village garden surrounded by close neighbours,  involved great earthworks and retaining walls (hidden by alternating yew and beech hedges) to create a family lawn and dining terrace surrounded by mixed borders. Behind a screen of Magnolias at the top of the tired hedge is a planted car park, hidden from the house. Swags of Wisteria along a step ramp gently lead down to the house from the car park. There is a hedged & walled garden of Lavender, pleached trees and mixed borders to the south of the house and, to the East, a Kitchen Terrace and Rosemary Walk. To the north east of the garden is an elevated Terraced Rose Garden along a restored barn. Beyond this is an Orchard among wildflowers creating a setting for an Indoor-Pool House; there is also a productive Potager, Greenhouse & hidden Compost Area and a grass Tennis Court surrounded by trees boasting autumn-interest and flowers.
