The masterplan, working drawings and planting plans for this organic 40-acre estate on the banks of the River Avon were designed within the Soil Association guidelines. New gardens were designed around the house, in addition to a turf maze, herbaceous borders, new features in an existing vegetable and soft fruit garden, the swimming pool garden, woodland garden and a marble water feature. We also planted extensively in the wider landscape including a small wood, hedgerows, horse rides and pasture in a new 100-acre area. We also advised on the continued development of the gardens and practical elements such as staff activities and facilities and any other matters arising from our site visits.
